You don't have to mad to be part of the Swanage Carnival team But it helps!

The carnival team is made up completely from volunteers. It is great fun to be part of and very rewarding. We're always looking for new talent and people with enthusiasm and drive or who just like mucking in.
There's plenty to do during carnival week and the planning takes all year. If you can give an hour or a week then please come on board.
