This is a FUN RACE, so if keeping fit is your thing, enjoy a run through our lovely countryside. If you are capable of running 4 miles you are most welcome to join in.

There are water stops on route and the course will be marshalled. Good Luck to all of you that take part.
The winning time last year was 21 minutes 29 seconds won by Lewis Rodgers in the under 18 category.

All Participants must be 13 years and over.

COURSE: - Start at the Sandpit Field turn right into Demoulham Road, run along and turn right into Seaward Road,
Left into Ulwell Road run along main road until signs for Ulwell Caravan site turn left into Darky Lane and then bear right into Washpond Lane past the brickworks
Turn right at junction, at first road junction turn left to Herston when you reach main road junction turn left into High Street.
Follow main road into Victoria Avenue until traffic lights turn left into Demoulham Road then right into Sandpit Field and finish.

The route will be marshalled with lead and rear vehicles with medical back up, water stops on route and at finish.
